Waterford Camino Tours Waterford Camino Tours
The Camino has a strong historic resonance in Waterford dating back to the 5th Century when St. Declan travelled from his Holy Well in Ardmore to Cashel, Co. Tipperary. In the 1400s, Waterford Mayor James Rice led pilgrims from Ireland to the renowned Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain. Waterford Camino Tours is building on this proud heritage and is creating an opening for visitors from near and far to walk in the footsteps of our ancestors through Ireland's Ancient East.
