The gardens at Mount Congreve consist of seventy acres of intensively planted woodland garden and a four-acre walled garden. The collection consists of over two thousand rhododendrons, six hundred camellias, three hundred Acer cultivars, six hundred conifers, two hundred and fifty climbers and fifteen hundred plants plus many more tender plants. No pets.
Facilities: Guided tours for groups on application to the Curator Michael White.
Open: Mar-Sept inclusive: Thursdays 9.00am-4.30pm. Guided tours Mon-Fri.
