Casey's Caravan & Camping Park, falling as it does between two famous heads, that of Ballyvoile head and the famous Helvick head, with the Comeragh Mountains in the background, is situated 5.5 kilometres from Dungarvan town, 1.5 Kilometres off the R675 and 4 Kilometres off the N25. The park has direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches that can be found on the south east coast of Ireland. It stretches for over one mile of golden clear sand that is washed with the waters of the Atlantic Ocean with its incoming and out-going tides every day.
15 acres are covered by the park with plenty of space for caravans and tents. It is clean and well maintained and under strict supervision. It is strictly for you and your family. Adjacent to the Park is the Clone Strand hotel with leisure centre and ten pin bowling alley. There is also entertainment in the bar during high season.
Park Facilities
- Situated in the centre of the park are toilets and showerblocks. There is also a laundry with facilities for washing, drying and ironing your clothes.
- There is a games room with a crazy golf course adjoining.
- There are telephones at the entrance to the park and a children's playground with many items to keep the children swinging and amused.
- The park has a reception area with a TV room adjoining it.
- No pre-booking from 10th. July to 15th. August.
- Dogs are allowed on leash only
- There is a shop within 50 yards of the park where you can get the day to day necessities of life and a fast food takeaway.
