Barron’s bakery has been using Scotch brick ovens since 1887 to bake traditional crusty bread in Cappoquin. This bread is sold daily in the coffee house along with freshly prepared food and confectionery made onsite using local quality ingredients. We serve hot breakfasts, lunch, savoury snacks and delicious desserts from Monday to Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm.
Take away options are also available including our breakfast blaa, freshly brewed Arabica coffee, a sandwich made on Barron’s bread, and lots more. Business takeaway lunches are also catered for on request.
A private Mezzanine is available upstairs for groups, family occasions, club outings or meetings.
Personal tours of the bakery are available in conjunction with lunch or morning /afternoon tea packages in the coffee house-advance booking for tours essential.
Barron’s bread and confectionery can also be purchased every Thursday from Esther & Joe at the local Dungarvan Farmers Market.
