Dungarvan Tourist Office Meet & Greet Service
Drivers and Coach Companies can avail of our ‘Meet & Greet Service’ by prior arrangement with the Dungarvan Tourist Office – call +353(0)5841741 or email info@dungarvantourism.ie
As part of this service Tourist Office Staff will:
- guide the coach into the allocated drop off point
- introduce themselves to the driver
- address the passengers, giving a brief historical account of the town
- make passengers aware of the location of the Tourist office should they need assistance
- provide passengers with a Dungarvan Tourism map as they disembark and assist with advice or directions as required
- ensure passengers are seen safely across the road into the town
Once all passengers have disembarked the Tourist Office Staff member will:
- Escort the driver to the designated Bus Parking Bays
- Issue the driver with a lunch voucher and a map back to the pick-up point
- Provide the driver with the Tourist Office contact details should they need any further assistance
