Salterbridge Gate lodge is a classically proportioned
pavilion lodge located in the glorious Blackwater Valley. Built in 1849 by the Chearnley family, its function was to indicate to the passer-by the good standing and taste of the original owner, and to showcase some of the features of the architect’s work reinterpreted from the big house, today, the Gate lodge offers self-catering accommodation with a beautiful garden which can be enjoyed along with your pet.
The property has central heating and is fully furnished; featuring a ground floor entrance hall, double bedroom, kitchen and family room with a log burner. Linen and towels are supplied; also a cot is available if required. There is a cleaning service in place and guests have use of the private parking and garden. Pets are welcome.
